Through our partnership with Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital, we bring specialized healthcare directly to our community with the Baylor Transition Medicine Clinic, conveniently located on our Harrisburg campus.

The clinic provides comprehensive healthcare services in an environment specifically designed for adults with IDD. From routine checkups to chronic condition management, Baylor's expert medical team delivers person-centered care that promotes overall wellness and quality of life. This innovative partnership ensures our community has access to providers who understand their unique needs and can deliver the high-quality, compassionate care everyone deserves.
