Our Residential Approach:
Our residential settings are carefully designed to balance support with autonomy. Each home offers not just physical accommodation, but opportunities for residents to develop life skills, form meaningful relationships, and participate in their communities. With dedicated direct support professionals available at all times, we ensure that every resident receives exactly the right level of assistance to achieve their personal goals while maximizing independence.
Home and Community Based Services (HCS) is a residential program designed for people who desire to live in full community integration. The service planning team ensures that each person receives the support needed to successfully manage day-to-day living. HCS is a program of choice. Individuals may choose among Supervised Living, Residential Support Services, Community First Choice, and Host Home Companion Care. Pursuit Center has a full complement of staff to provide our clients services in management, program coordination, social work, nursing, behavioral support, and residential administration.
Enrichment Services provides personalized support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), enabling each person to pursue independence in their community. We understand everyone's needs are unique, offering assistance with daily activities from grocery shopping and medical appointments to enjoying sporting events and planning vacations. Our goal is to ensure each individual can fully access community resources and experiences that foster personal growth and meaningful connection.
Our dedicated nursing team provides essential healthcare support to residents across all our living environments. These skilled professionals deliver comprehensive medical oversight, including medication management, treatment coordination, health monitoring, and emergency response. Available 24/7, our nurses work closely with each resident's healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care while promoting wellness through preventative health education. With their specialized training in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, our nursing staff creates a foundation of health security that enables residents to focus on achieving their personal goals and enjoying community life.
