PursuitJOBS empowers transitioning youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through personalized employment services. We offer comprehensive support, including career planning, skills assessment, job placement, and ongoing coaching across diverse industries. By focusing on individual strengths and aspirations, we connect motivated candidates with meaningful, competitive employment opportunities where they can thrive and contribute to their communities.

At Pursuit Center, our residential services create welcoming spaces where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can truly thrive. Across our 22 residences, each person receives personalized support to pursue their goals and live life on their own terms.
